Premiering on April 27,I have a feeling that the new season of The Hills is certainly going to have viewers sitting on the edge of their couches wondering “What is up with her face?”
Heidi Montag did a complete ’360′ having ten plastic surgery procedures. Stating to People Magazine that she was a ” ugly duckling before” and that she had insecurities from all of the negative things bloggers said about her,it is obvious that the real problem isn’t the outside yet the inside.
This tickles the question “How far will people go to cover up their insecurities?”
In response a fan tweeted: “So sad..she was perfectly fine before.Maybe she should consider surgery in the one place she really needs it.. her brain.”
