I like phpBB because it is free and there are mods to make it SEO friendly. But I personally prefer myBB because it is free and very similar to vBulletin.

Me, my wife and my daughter are permanent residents. But we have newborn that was born in US. So she is US citizen. As I understand we can go to Mexico and return back by green cards. But what documents do we need to have for newborn to enter and leave Mexico? We want to visit “border zone” near San Diego. .Thank you.
